Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and delivery of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Technologies
- Follow standard project methodology and defined SDLC process to create industry-changing applications for the 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) industry
- Manage all aspects of the SDLC process, including project timelines, scope, budgets, resources, and delivery
- Coordinate with all business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Work directly with the PMO to improve project methodology and deliverable templates
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 2+ years of experience leading, driving, and delivering Tier 1 Supply Chain or WMS projects with multiple integrated work streams for the entire SDLC process
- Proven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) projects using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Master\'s degree
- PMP certification
- 5+ years of experience leading, driving, and delivering Tier 1 Supply Chain or WMS projects
- Experience leading implementations of Warehouse Management Systems
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
