Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and delivery of Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Technologies
• Follow standard project methodology and defined SDLC process to create industry-changing applications for the 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) industry
• Manage all aspects of the SDLC process, including project timelines, scope, budgets, resources, and delivery
• Coordinate with all business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Work directly with the PMO to improve project methodology and deliverable templates

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2+ years of experience leading, driving, and delivering Tier 1 Supply Chain or WMS projects with multiple integrated work streams for the entire SDLC process
• Proven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) projects using waterfall and agile methodologies
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Master\'s degree
• PMP certification
• 5+ years of experience leading, driving, and delivering Tier 1 Supply Chain or WMS projects
• Experience leading implementations of Warehouse Management Systems
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
