The Opportunity . . .

Our client is a leading healthcare and food services company. They have an immediate need for a Sr. Project Manager to join their dynamic PMO team. This is a remote role with 15% travel offering the opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals and leave a lasting impact on how the organization operates.

What You'll Do...

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex Technology and Operations projects within our organization. You will support growth and standardization efforts within the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that projects are aligned with strategic objectives, executed efficiently, and deliver measurable value.

Who is the Ideal Candidate...

• PM certification such as PMP or CSM and 5+ years managing projects, or in lieu of certification, 7+ years managing complex, large scale projects.
• Proven success with ERP, CRM, or Supply Chain Implementation/Improvement Projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or other related field or comparable experience working in the field.
• Demonstrated successful leadership with projects related to Commercial GTM implementation or Data Governance is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build respectful, positive, and powerful relationships with everyone within the team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with project teams, as well as a variety of outside vendors, and internal and external customers.
• Ability to influence team accountability as appropriate.
• Ability to navigate a project through a matrix organization for successful outcomes.
• Fluency with all MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
