Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks a Senior IT Project Manager focused on Quality Management Systems in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector.

The role oversees a cloud-based QMS deployment and manages additional IT projects within the department. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of pharma-focused project management, hands-on QMS deployment (Veeva or Sparta), and strong validation expertise, with customer-facing engagement to the Quality Team.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years experience with either Veeva or Sparta (CLOUD BASED QMS).
• Minimum 10+ years Project Management in the pharma industry.
• Experience deploying cloud-based Quality Management System deployments and validated implementations.
• Must know validation.

• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Facilitate communication between vendors and the company.

Sr. Project Manager - Quality Management Systems

Notes:

• They are looking for another PM for a Quality Management System (QMS) deployment experience
• Veeva QMS and Sparta (either Stratas or 123 Compliance)
• Must have a minimum 6+ years experience with either Veeva or Sparta (CLOUD BASED QMS)
• Must have experience with deploying cloud-based QMS systems and has a deep understanding of Validated implementations.
• 10+ years Project Management in the pharma industry
• Must know validation
• Will be customer facing to the Quality Team
• Must be a strong PM, organized, influence and lead

They will assist our IT department with our cloud based Quality Management System deploy, as well as managing additional miscellaneous projects within the department
