Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in the United States seeks a clinical data migration specialist to support extraction, mapping, and migration of clinical data between Varian ARIA/Eclipse and other Oncology Information Systems, joining a collaborative integration team.

You will analyze workflows, validate and test software tools, assist deployment at partner hospitals, travel up to 50%, and translate clinical needs for technical teams while upholding clinical standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Radiation Therapy, Dosimetry, Medical Physics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years direct clinical experience in Radiation Oncology (as RTT, CMD, or Medical Physicist).
  • Deep familiarity with Varian ARIA/Eclipse and standard department workflows.
  • Experience with clinical data migration, project management, or systems implementation preferred.
  • ARRT(T), CMD, or Board Certification (ABR/ABMP) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with EMR/OIS integrations and/or data analysis is a desired.
  • Coding experience (Python, C#, SQL) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the extraction, mapping, and migration of clinical data between Varian ARIA/Eclipse environments and other Oncology Information Systems (OIS).
  • Analyze and document current clinical workflows, identify efficiency improvements, and support implementation of optimized workflows with hospital partners.
  • Participate in testing and validation of custom software tools and integration solutions, providing clinical insight and testing in live and test environments.
  • Support deployment of new tools and systems at internal and partner hospital sites, including on-site and remote support, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate records of migration, validation, and implementation; contribute to SOPs and project reports.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for integration and development teams, translating between clinical and technical staff to ensure real-world applicability.
  • Willingness to travel up to ~50% to partner hospitals for on-site support, training, and implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and document current clinical workflows, identify areas for efficiency improvement, and support implementation of optimized workflows in collaboration with hospital partners.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of custom software tools and integration solutions, providing clinical insight and performing testing in live and test environments.
  • Support deployment of new tools and systems at internal and partner hospital sites, including on-site and remote support, training, and troubleshooting.

The base pay range for this position is:

$134,300 - $184,668

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
