Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead a high-impact regional project portfolio valued at approximately $15M, guiding 30 to 50+ strategic initiatives aligned with organizational growth. You will report to the Senior Director, PMO and mentor project management professionals, ensuring delivery excellence across a complex program landscape.

This role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement, with hybrid work options and cross-functional impact

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management, PMO, portfolio management, or related experience.
• 1-3+ years of people leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects and programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance practices.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Manage performance, professional development, and project management best practices across the PMO organization.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Drive Portfolio and Project Success
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of strategic projects throughout the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes while staying aligned with scope, timelines, budgets, and organizational priorities.
• Manage project interdependencies, risks, issues, resources, and stakeholder communications.
• Support both traditional project delivery and Agile methodologies as required.
• Partner with Executive and Business Leaders
• Build strong relationships with executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders to drive alignment and enable informed decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the regional project portfolio and provide updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to proactively address challenges and remove barriers to success.
• Improve Processes and Operational Excellence
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain governance standards, reporting frameworks, and portfolio management processes.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and delivery teams to maintain accurate resource-loaded schedules and portfolio reporting.
• Support portfolio reviews, prioritization discussions, and strategic planning activities.
• Foster Communication and Alignment
• Facilitate regular project reviews, stakeholder meetings, and communication forums.
• Ensure project teams remain informed, engaged, and aligned on priorities and deliverables.
