Job summary

You will oversee schedules, budgets, and utility coordination, engaging consultants, contractors, and inspection teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years managing large infrastructure, roadway, utility or transportation projects.
• Working command of FDOT standards, specifications and permitting.
• Strong grounding in MOT, drainage, earthwork, paving and bridge coordination.
• Experience with GMP, design build or CMAR delivery methods.
• Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, plus Bluebeam.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle delivery from planning and preconstruction to construction and closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts and execution plans.
• Coordinate utility relocation across water, sewer, stormwater, gas, electric and telecom.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and inspection teams.
• Handle change orders, pay applications, claims and contract administration.
• Maintain relationships with FDOT, municipalities, counties and utility owners.
