YOUR IMPACT

The Sr. Project Manager plays a key role in managing land development projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and schedule. They manage client relationships, address technical and logistical issues, and lead project teams. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, landscape architecture, planning, engineering management, or related field; Master’s preferred
• PE, RLA, or equivalent license preferred
• PMP Certification preferred
• Minimum 11 years of experience with at least 8 in project management
• Experience in proposal and project plan preparation, client relationship management, and project development
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Deltek Vision, MS Project, Primavera P6 is a plus

SALARY RANGE

$137,000 - $177,500, based on qualifications and experience.
