Sr. Project Manager (CO2) - Heavy Industrial

Candidates MUST have knowledge / experience of the following:

  • CO2 Sequestration
  • Capture and Injection of CO2 - Ground Wells
  • Capturing and Liquifying of CO2
  • Experience with compression and injection
  • Knowledge of stage gate processes FEL1, FEL2, etc.
  • Ability to develop and advance projects

Offering competitive hourly rate, overtime over 40 hours, $178 per diem / 7 days, mobilization bonus, benefits, PTO, 401k

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the project management process.
  • Partner with business areas and key stakeholders to manage expectations and lead a team of engineers in executing project initiatives.
  • Define project scope and develop delivery plans.
  • Execute projects including budgeting and implementation according to guidelines.
  • Monitor project results, including budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Report project status monthly to management.
  • Participate in audits, observations, and customer initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Prepare and execute contract documentation and billing.
  • Conduct pre-job preparations.
  • Manage change orders and advise stakeholders on contingencies.
  • Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed by field supervisors.
  • Maintain safety and reliability of equipment during projects.
  • Coordinate documentation for commissioning, training, and maintenance.
  • Manage contractors and coordinate with procurement and accounting teams.
  • Ensure high-quality project turnover and manage project costs.
  • Close out projects per requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
  • Experience in plant environment or refinery
  • Strong background in heavy industrial construction
