Sr. Project Manager (French-Canadian bilingual required)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in software implementation to join our team. The ideal candidate should be bilingual (French Canadian and English), with the ability to read, write, and speak French-Canadian fluently. Tyler Technologies develops innovative software solutions to support local governments' digital infrastructure. We are growing rapidly, and this role is within our Appraisal & Tax Division.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and initiate project plans, conduct kick-off meetings, and define scope, schedule, and budget.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team post-contract signing to understand requirements and program modifications.
  3. Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including resource coordination, planning, tracking, and client guidance.
  4. Manage project hours, progress reports, revenue recognition, scope, time, and costs.
  5. Maintain communication with team and stakeholders, ensure quality, and manage the project budget.
  6. Document and report project status, identify risks, and resolve issues.
  7. Act as a client liaison, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
  8. Conduct planning sessions with client leaders and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  9. Monitor resource scheduling, publish project updates, and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
  10. Address and resolve technical and logistical roadblocks, communicate milestones, and ensure smooth project transitions.
  11. Coordinate with implementation staff and management, manage resources, and identify sales opportunities.
  12. Travel to client sites as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 5 years of software implementation project management experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  3. At least three years of experience as an implementation professional with solid project management skills.
  4. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  5. Excellent organizational, time management, and people management skills.
  6. Willingness to pursue PMP certification and maintain it.
  7. Knowledge of software life cycle and enterprise software.
  8. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  9. Valid driver's license and ability to travel 25-50%.
Additional Information

Salary range: $69,797 - $150,000 (before geographic adjustments).
