Job description

AE2S is seeking a Flood Resiliency/Stormwater Senior Project Manager for our Englewood, CO office. Join our water-focused consulting firm to help clients solve water challenges. Responsibilities
  1. Grow market presence through client pursuits, relationship building, and proposal support.
  2. Lead project roles including management, QA/QC, and technical execution on stream stabilization and restoration projects.
  3. Manage scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure excellent client service and lasting relationships.
  4. Provide technical guidance, leadership, and mentorship within the Water Resources Practice.
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering related to stormwater or water resources; 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience interfacing with clients and leading stormwater/water resources projects.
  • Strong understanding of project financials and successful project delivery on time and budget.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience winning stormwater projects through RFP/Q processes.
  • PE registration in Colorado or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Experience with SWMM and HEC-RAS analysis software.
Physical Qualifications
  • Ability to walk, stand, climb, lift, and inspect on uneven terrain and structures.
  • Willingness to wear PPE and travel as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
