• Report project status to the Project Approval Committee (PAC) and resolve conflicts as needed
• Proactively take actions to drive project completion and address controversial issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-10 years of experience in project management or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience required
• Proven leadership skills in leading, developing, and managing teams
• Knowledge of project management techniques, manufacturing processes, and matrix organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualification in project management or equivalent; PMP certification is preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good oral English communication skills
