Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment of Continuous Identity for our customers. You will manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery while meeting client expectations in the security domain.

You will collaborate with technical teams, sales, and customer stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, leveraging strong IT project management practices and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managing IT projects, specifically in the security domain.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management solutions including their architecture, functionality, and implementation.
• Proven experience in managing projects using standard methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and team management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within‑budget delivery, and meeting client expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT projects, specifically in the security domain, strong communication and organization skills, and a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management solutions. The project manager will work closely with the technical team, sales, and customer stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the project lifecycle, from pre-kickoff to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules to ensure successful project execution.
• Create project collateral and artifacts to build an effective project management practice.

• Lead and manage a team of technical resources, including engineers and consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.

What You’ll Need

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $110,000 - $160,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
