Sr Project Manager Civil Design
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Project Manager in Civil Design to lead and manage various land development projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines, all while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications.
- Supervise the work of engineering staff and junior team members, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure profitability.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for land development projects.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and permitting processes.
- Prepare and present project proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Implement project management best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering and land development.
- Proficiency in MicroStation and CAD software.
- Strong understanding of commercial, residential, industrial site development, and drainage design.
- Excellent project management skills with experience in budgeting and financials.
- Demonstrated ability in client management and business development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
