Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharma/healthcare advertising, hands-on production experience, and strong PM tool proficiency (Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday.com). Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in pharma/healthcare advertising.
• Hands-on experience with photo shoots, video production, and social media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical MLR review processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, scopes, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency with PM tools: Workfront, Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Excellent communication and organization, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee photo and video productions, including pre-production, scheduling, budgets, vendors, and post-production.
• Manage social media campaigns, content calendars, asset development, and deliverables.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans while managing competing priorities.
• Coordinate Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) reviews and approval timelines.
• Partner with account, creative, strategy, production, and medical teams to keep projects on track.
