Job summary

Tandym-Group, a Connecticut-based services organization, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead assigned projects supporting outage management and reliability initiatives in the Stamford area.

This role is Hybrid (at least 4 days onsite), with day shift, Monday–Friday, standard business hours, and a focus on coordinating cross-functional teams to meet timelines, scope, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience in the cable or telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met.
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices to support effective execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment.
• Monitor project budgets, milestones, and deliverables to support successful outcomes.
• Support initiatives related to outage management, troubleshooting, appointment, and other reliability-focused projects.
