Job summary

Scientific Search is seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in Oncology Studies in Philadelphia, PA. This hybrid role requires coordinating cross-functional teams across Medical, Data Management, Regulatory, Monitoring, and Clinical Supplies to drive complex multisite oncology trials from strategy through completion.

You will partner with sponsors and senior leadership to ensure studies stay on schedule and within budget, while upholding quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree and SOCRA certification preferred.
• Oncology clinical trial management and/or data management expertise.
• Pharmaceutical, CRO, site network, and multisite trial experience.
• Registration trial experience.
• Mastery of Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans, timelines, budgets, and sponsor communications.
• Coordinate Medical, Data Management, Regulatory, Monitoring, and Clinical Supplies teams.
• Ensure regulatory, protocol, SOP, data-quality, and safety compliance.
• Drive study issue and query resolution.
• Provide study status reporting and support new contract proposals.

Drive complex oncology clinical trials from strategy through completion for my client, ensuring studies stay on schedule, within budget, and focused on quality and patient safety. You’ll unite cross-functional teams, sponsors, sites, and clinical partners to successfully execute high-impact registration trials.
