The Senior Project Manager (PM) Microgrid & Off-Grid Project Execution is responsible for the complete and satisfactory execution of the entire project and reports to the Project Execution Manager. The PM leads the project from transition through closeout, with primary accountability for project financial performance. The role manages every aspect that may affect profitability while ensuring contract compliance, safe execution, quality delivery, schedule performance, and Owner satisfaction.
As the company representative to the Owner, design professionals, contractors, vendors, authorities, and other external stakeholders, the PM is ultimately accountable for the project's success or failure. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience executing microgrid and off‑grid projects involving integrated electrical systems, distributed energy resources (DERs), battery energy storage systems (BESS), photovoltaic generation, generators, controls, and field commissioning.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline. PMP certification is preferred.
5+ years of progressive project management or project execution experience in construction, electrical infrastructure, energy, controls, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience executing microgrid, off‑grid, islandable, distributed energy, BESS, PV, generator, or complex electrical integration projects.
Working knowledge of project finance, tender management, contract proposals, order entry, procurement, purchasing, forecasting, billing, and change control.
Experience managing project sites, general contractors, electrical contractors, subcontractors, vendors, commissioning partners, and multi‑disciplinary engineering teams.
Practical technical understanding of electrical contracts, single‑line diagrams, switchgear, protection and controls, electrical distribution equipment, and system interfaces.
Experience coordinating FAT, SAT, energization, functional testing, commissioning, and project turnover is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Procore or a comparable construction management platform and confidence using scheduling, financial, and reporting tools.
Ability to travel to project sites as required and operate effectively in active construction and commissioning environments.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short‑term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
