Overview

Job Title: Sr Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for project administration; follow up on project activities to meet objectives, ensuring associated expenditures are within budget, and communicating project status.

  • Decides when escalation is required to meet project objectives in terms of schedules and/or budget.

  • Communicates issues and status to all levels of management who have direct/ indirect responsibility for the overall success of the project, verbal, graphic and written.

  • Serves as primary customer contact for all project related matters and negotiate internal/external requirements to resolve problems or make changes.

  • Manages the development and maintenance of all project plan binder documentation.

  • Provides follow up to determine that activities are carried out, in relation to their importance, with a minimum of conflict.

  • Assists in the planning and the development of project objectives, developing and coordinating work breakdown structures, task matrices, critical path, project schedules and maintaining and tracking project plan data.

Qualifications

Education & Professional Certifications:

  • 7+ Years of Related Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

  • PMP Certification preferred

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong customer service disposition and sense of professionalism.

  • Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $87,716 - 114k, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
