Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead global Commercial and Medical projects in collaboration with I&T teams and 3rd party partners. Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days WFH, with responsibilities spanning planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

The role requires 5-7 years of PM experience in complex technical projects, with a university degree and PM certification desirable.

Job description

The Project Manager will be working closely with Business Excellence (BEx) and Omnichannel and Digital Strategy (O&DS) where Commercial and Medical projects will be rolled out in collaboration with I&T teams, as well as our selected 3 rd. party partners. Activities will include effectively leading and managing project alignment with CSL Behring strategic and operational priorities; motivate the project team to achieve project objectives through successful completion of project tasks; effectively prioritize and coordinate the activities of the team; make sure qualification activities are executed according to a plan for timely completion and aligned with key milestone dates. Hybrid schedule 2 days in office and 3 days WFH (ability to shift as project works calls for it).

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Manages multiple, global project workstreams
• Prepares and manages project timelines, scope documents and other project documentation
• Develops project execution plan, collaborating with project sponsors and stakeholders on project definition, resources, risk assessment and planning as required
• Ensures that plans are developed to measure and monitor progress
• Reviews status of project and prepares/updates status reports
• Communicates progress and escalates key decisions, issues, risks and opportunities as required to achieve project objectives and deliverables
• Arbitrate and resolve issues and conflict within the project team and between functional partners and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Sponsor, management/functional leaders to overcome obstacles to project success.
• Effective project management for Commercial and Medical process and technology related activities and understanding related dependencies.
• Effectively lead the necessary workstreams between CSL Behring and 3 rd. party vendors.
• Appropriate awareness of process/technology content areas, including: Process mapping and content Design, specification, testing and delivery of content and expected features solutions Documentation: technical, service and LMR (Legal, Medical, Regulatory) documentation Project Communication and Change Management:
• Collaborate with all stakeholders at various levels on functional, content, and technical topics.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners and Leaders to define and deliver on expected project deliverables.
• Ensure effective project team and internal/external stakeholder communication, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues, to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure that project documentation is kept current, clear and transparent and is communicated as appropriate.
• Escalate key decisions, issues, risks and opportunities as required to achieve project objectives.
• Help to manage and build relationships with external partners, e.g., vendors, as appropriate.
• Represent project at required internal and external meetings to assure that priorities are communicated and understood, and that progress/delays/issues are reported.

Education

University degree or equivalent related work experience; educational concentration in a related technical or industry-related subject is preferred. Project Management certification / training desirable.

Experience

Experience managing Commercial and Medical technology projects Experience: Possesses the appropriate project management skills, technical and digital acumen, and can manage multi-layer, disciplinary, level, and country teams. 5-7 years' experience in using formal project management methodology, techniques, and tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and project management software. Strong experience leading commercial projects including demonstrated knowledge of the following concepts: CRM implementations HCP/HCO management (preferred). Ability to manage full PM lifecycle from planning to run. Ability to manage multiple workstreams. Resource, risk management and project scheduling experience supporting global projects Demonstrated expertise in teambuilding and interpersonal skills across cultures.
