SNP Transformations Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead SAP-based transformation projects from kick-off to go-live. The role requires extensive client interaction, team coordination, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes.

This senior position emphasizes driving project milestones, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Travel nationally is required to support client engagements and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams of internal and external experts through solution findings, specifications, realization, implementation, hyper care and post-project follow-up.

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with training SNP employees.

SNP Transformations Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager must have extensive experience managing projects from kick-off to go-live. The ability to work with clients and team members is critical to the success of this role. Must be able to multitask and enhance a team environment. Being a team player is critical for success. This position is a 50-80% client-facing role that requires national travel as needed.

The Senior Project Manager role will:

• Independent and autonomous analysis and recording of customer/partner requirements
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Preparation, planning, management and follow-up of customer/partner workshops
• Management of project teams of internal and external experts for solution findings, specifications, realization, implementation, hyper care, and follow-up of customer projects
• Support with PM standards, industry specific KPIs and best practices
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Support with training measures for SNP employees
• As a ProjectManageryou will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation,executionand completion of specific projects to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
• Previous consulting experience ideally with a Tier I consulting firm with ERP (SAP, Oracle) application projects is a plus.
• must have extensive experience managing projects from kick-off to go-live. The ability to work seamlessly with clients and team members is critical to the success of this role.
