Job summary

SNP Transformations PR LLC. is seeking a SAP Project Manager to independently analyze customer requirements and lead workshops with both internal and external experts. You will coordinate solution design, realization, and implementation while aligning with SNP standards and KPIs.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in SAP project work, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining client satisfaction. PR-based role with in-person/team collaboration.

Qualifications

Job description

The SAP Project Manager role will:

• Independent and autonomous analysis and recording of customer/partner requirements


• Preparation, planning, management and follow-up of customer/partner workshops


• Management of project teams of internal and external experts for solution finding, specification, realization, implementation and follow-up of customer projects


• Support with PM standards, industry specific KPIs and best practices


• Ensure customer satisfaction


• Support with training measures for SNP employees


• As a ProjectManageryou will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation,executionand completion of specific projects to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Previous consulting experience ideally with a Tier I consulting firm with ERP (SAP, Oracle) application projects is a plus.


• The SAP Project Manager must have extensive experience managing projects from kick-off to go-live. The ability to work with clients and team members is critical to the success of this role. Must be able tomultitaskand enhance a team environment. Being a team player is critical for success.

• Must live in Puerto Rico
