Senior Project Manager – Construction
Location: Fort Johnson, LA
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with project contracts and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Review project proposals, estimates, and contracts to determine timelines, resource allocation, and technical requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress schedules, and financial reports.
• Conduct job walks, prepare detailed estimates, and negotiate task orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, contract documents, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the closeout process, including final inspections, as-builts, and warranty documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple Federal Government or commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project estimating, contract administration, and construction finance.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and estimating software such as RSMeans/E4Clicks.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and financial reports.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
