Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead full lifecycle delivery of complex, technical, strategic, and creative projects within our life sciences client base.

You will develop timelines, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans, partnering with AD and GPD to forecast finances and with Account and Finance for monthly billing and SOWs. This role emphasizes PMO excellence and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.
• Three to five years of experience in a PMO role.
• Pharmaceutical or advertising experience preferred (AOR or DAOR).
• Advanced understanding of PMO standards and processes.
• Experience leading complex, technology, strategy and creative projects.
• Ability to create and adapt project plans across teams.
• Experience coordinating diverse groups and project teams.

Job Description

WHAT DOES A SR PROJECT MANAGER DO?

• Full lifecycle delivery and management of complex, technical,strategicand creative projects
• Develops and actively manages project timelines, estimates, risk registers, communication plans, burn reports and change logs with minimaloversight
• Leads the estimation process and provides project budget and staff plan parameters with minimalsupervision
• Leads the project timeline creation process in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders with minimalsupervision
• Leads project kickoffs and statusmeetings
• Creates and/or reviews and distributes meeting recaps; oversees and evolves Project Managers (PM) and Project Coordinators (PC) in their ability to write actionablerecaps
• In partnership with AD and GPD, develops financial forecasts for proactivefinancialmanagement
• In partnership with AD, Finance and Account,facilitatesmonthly billing,analysisandaction
• In partnership with Account Services, AD and GPD,assistswith the development of annual and project-basedSOWs
• In partnership with ADs and GPD, provides input to program Gantt Charts
• In partnership with Account Services, AD and GPD,assistswith change order creation andmanagement
• Actively works with project stakeholders toidentify, evaluate, log, communicate and mitigate project-levelrisks
• Works closely with Project Management Office (PMO) leadership toidentifyand mitigate program-levelrisks
• Identifiesproject staff needs and works with resource managers and PCs to ensure accuracy and updates of resourceplans
• Resolves conflicts, including scope, schedule, resources, budget,qualityand communication with minimaloversight
• Ensuresall project artifacts (FRD, BRD, etc.) areproperly storedwithin enterprise systems (Workfront, TFS, etc.)
• Accountable for application of Intouch delivery processes and PMO standards across their projects
• Actively mentors and supports training efforts for Project Managers and Project Coordinators
• Acts as first touchpoint of escalation for Project Managers and PCs
• Keeps direct manager informed; asks for help when needed; knows when to elevate issues/concerns to leadership; bringssolutions
• Participates in candidate interviews asneeded
• Effectively senses team morale and understands how to addressissues
• modeling inclusivebehaviors, andproactively managing bias.

Qualifications

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experiencerequired
• Three to five years of experience in a PMO role
• Pharmaceutical or advertising experience preferred (AOR or DAOR)

• Experience leading the delivery of complex, technology,strategyand creative basedprojects
• Ability to develop a creative,strategicor technical heavy projectplan
• Ability to tailor and flex process to provide solutions to proactivelyfacilitateaproject
• Experience leading a wide range of different functional groups and projectteams
• Comprehension of project forecasting and reforecasting throughout lifecycle of project
• Expert project and program burn analysis andremediation
• Excellent scope and change management tracking andadherence
• Comfortable with client-facing communication
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability toanticipate, assess and mitigaterisk
• Ability to build trust, negotiate and influence decision-making with Account, SMEs, Clients, PartnerAgenciesand third-partyvendors
• Strong senseof ownership and accountability
• Strong decision-making and implementation, especially when faced withuncertainty
• Experience working with Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront, Workfront Proof, Smartsheet, MS Project
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Launch experience aplus
