Job summary

Direct Client in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to drive a complex migration program.

You will oversee end-to-end planning and execution across multiple teams, coordinating with product owners and senior leadership to ensure on-time delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Agile experience; eCommerce or Retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading Software, eCommerce, or SaaS/Cloud based projects.
• Five years of experience in a technology environment, with 2-3 years in project management.
• Experience managing multiple dependencies and leading multiple scrum teams.

Job Description

Accountable for the end-to-end planning and execution of one or more projects with dependencies across multiple teams. Lead and negotiate; scope, schedule, risks, deployments and communication for projects and initiatives.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, highly complex programs.
• Use Agile and Scrum practices to ensure projects are developed and deployed with quality & on time into production systems.
• Work with product owners to ensure a prioritized well-groomed backlog and roadmap.
• Build end-2-end timeline and track towards it.
• Facilitate discussions and conflict resolution.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering teams, lead architect and the management to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation. Ensure robust design decisions.
• Ability to track and improve impediments for the project team.
• Ensure KPIs alignment and tracking.
• Manage change and drive team through it. Tailor project management, development and support processes to meet the needs of individual (new and/or ongoing) projects.
• Ability to anticipate risks and help teams to brain storm for mitigation plans.
• Ability to be customer focused and ensure customer success. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers as needed in regards to project deliverables including managing expectations, presenting and interfacing with sponsors.
• Make decisions and communicate trade-offs and risks; drive key decisions across projects. Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization and resource allocation with input from team members.
• Provide input into strategic/quarterly planning processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Computer Science or related field.
• Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on Agile experience, eCommerce or Retail experience.
• Experience leading Software, eCommerce, or SaaS/Cloud based projects.
• Five years of experience in a technology environment, including 2-3 years of practical professional experience in project management.
• Experience managing multiple dependencies in project and program delivery.
• Ability to guide multiple scrum teams concurrently.
• Fundamental understanding of web-based systems programming and development.
• Proficient with project related tools/applications; JIRA, MS project, Confluence
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines.
• Flexible on working hours to drive discussions with engineerings teams in India.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
