Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies LLC is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to coordinate with Technical Project Managers and Account Management to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance for client projects. You will ensure overall program success by managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

You will lead client and internal teams, drive scope and goals, and report on health, risks, and budget. Strong PMO and SDLC knowledge, plus excellent communication, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience with scheduling, resource management, WBS, and sizing efforts.
• Solid understanding of PMO, SDLC, and governance best practices.
• Proficient with PM tools and MS Office suite including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for Client, Business, and Product projects with integrated delivery plans.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and stakeholder engagement across projects.

Job description

The Sr. Project Manager works with technical Project Managers, along with our Account Management team, to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations,while working on behalf of our clients or key stakeholders to ensure the ultimate success of the project.

TheSr. Project Manager is generally responsible for the overall schedule, resolving client or vendor issues, and ensuring the key constituent projects benefit the program as a whole. Usually responsible forstakeholder management, particularly stakeholders external to the organization.

In this role, you can look forward to:

• As Sr Project Manager, you’ll provide project leadership for Client, Business, and Product projects, overseeing pragmatic delivery and integrated implementation plans with project resources. Youwill be responsible for adhering to PMO best practices, standards, and framework for projects.
• You’ll play an integral role in the successful delivery of client or technical efforts that align with thecompany’s objectives. You will partner with internal technology groups and client-facing leadership toensure solutions result in benefits realized by the company.

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Assist with the maintenance and control of project schedules, ensuring the successful delivery of theprogram on time and within budget.
• Support client or business updates;ensure client deliverables are met; and ensureUser Acceptancetesting is completed.
• Lead and communicate program/project scope, goals, and responsibilities with various projectteams.
• Establish clear project sponsor and stakeholder expectations and engagement model, which isthen managed throughout the project life cycle.
• Develops and maintains reporting procedures and monitors performance in project control activities; prepares and distributes reports related to project activities, health, risk, issues, and budget.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field of study is required, and other hands-onexperience will be considered.
• Minimum seven (3-5) years experience project management experience, including developingproject schedules, managing team resources, creating work breakdown structures, and estimating sizeand effort for new deployment projects.
• Solid understanding of PMO, SDLC, and governance best practices.
• Ability to effectively apply project management methodologies and enforce project standards.
• Self-starter who can dive into complex projects and take them forward with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with project management s/w tools as well as other productivity tools, including MSOffice, Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written)
• Ability to direct and drive complex project efforts to completion.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide competent and proactive leadership.
