Senior Engineering Project Manager

A highly driven and detail‑oriented Senior Engineering Project Manager who excels at leading complex, high‑priority engineering initiatives from concept through execution.

What will you be doing?

• Lead the end‑to‑end scoping, planning, and execution of high‑priority engineering projects, with a focus on Active Copper productization and manufacturing scale‑up.
• Drive cross‑functional execution by partnering with Engineering, Operations, CI, Product Management, and R&D teams globally.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer commitments.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership to support key business decisions and financial commitments.
• Facilitate cross‑functional meetings, remove bottlenecks, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Support the development and improvement of project management processes, tools, and portfolio tracking systems.
• Contribute directly to initiatives that impact revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
