Position Purpose: This role manages all activities related to the successful delivery of capital programs associated with linear assets, from inception to completion, significantly impacting operational, financial, regulatory, and company objectives. The candidate collaborates with engineering and operations teams, ensuring asset owner satisfaction by delivering projects per defined success criteria (performance, budget, schedule, compliance).

Physical Requirements: Willingness to travel to various site locations within approximately 50 miles of Harrisburg and Dallas, with occasional longer trips.
