Polaris Inc. is seeking a Senior Margin Improvement Engineer to lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving product line profitability, reducing costs, and strengthening financial planning.
The role emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and driving measurable financial impact across the organization. You will partner with engineering, finance, sourcing, and manufacturing to build a margin improvement pipeline, manage budgets, and report progress to senior leadership.

Leads cross-functional margin improvement initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, with a strong focus on product line profitability, cost reduction, financial planning, risk management, and business case execution. This role plays a critical part in improving overall margin performance by aligning cross functional teams around prioritized initiatives that deliver measurable financial impact.
Dynamic and fast-paced environment. Up to 10% travel throughout the year, both domestic and international.

Starting pay range for Minnesota is $97,000 to $128,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
