You will mentor and develop team members and be a voice in your office and region for design excellence.

What You'll Do

Provide guidance on design intent during construction administration. Serve as day‑to‑day voice for design intent in execution matters.
  • Direct preparation of client presentation materials, assisting in setting creative direction of visual communication for the project. Have an understanding of digital design tools, including 3D modeling, rendering, computational design, immersive technologies, and AI, for the effective management of junior designers. Lead design presentations when called upon to support the project and team.
  • Work within our integrated practice by collaborating with interior designers and typology experts on holistic design solutions from exterior to interior. Have a good familiarity of all design capabilities within the firm and call them on as the project requires.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders and engineering disciplines to integrate building systems thoughtfully and innovatively. Ensure conceptual design intent is woven through all disciplines.
  • Champion performance‑based and sustainable design strategies, promoting decarbonization of our portfolio. Work with building performance group to energy model projects.
  • Apply these approaches to large‑scale, complex projects and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Mentor and grow emerging professionals, nurturing an environment of collaboration, experimentation, innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need

  • LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of exterior and interior materials and building assemblies.
  • Command of Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office required. Additional experience in 3D modeling, rendering, computational design, immersive technologies, and AI image generation is a plus.
  • Experience with digital media creation and editing in Adobe Creative Cloud applications required.
