The Sr. Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Irvine Company Apartment Communities' reinvestment and repair construction initiatives. This position acts as a central liaison between Construction Management, General Contractors, Property Management, Residents, and external vendors, ensuring seamless, safe, and timely project execution with minimal community disruption.

Base Pay Range:$44.09 -$55.29
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
