1. Sr. Project Controls Specialist
2. Estimator – P3

1. Sr. Project Controls Specialist

Responsibilities include documentation of project controls processes and procedures within CMS, conducting compliance checks, and providing schedule development for bidding and estimating. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering and 3 years of relevant work experience.

2. Estimator – P3

Responsibilities include preparing estimating packages related to quantity takeoffs, cost studies, budgets, subtrade solicitation, and competitive comparisons; developing and analyzing project schedules and execution plans for constructability. Requirements: High School/GED or foreign equivalent and 4 years of related experience with estimating packages; experience with inEight Estimate, BuildingConnected, QGIS, Bluebeam Extreme, AutoCAD, NAVISWORKS.
