Job description

We are seeking a licensed architect to join our team, working in partnership with the Sr. Project Manager and Sr. Project Designer. The role involves managing project financials, team communication, deliverables, technical content, and coordination with consultants. The architect will also oversee the implementation of Construction Phase Services, ensure quality assurance reviews, and sign/seal drawings. Participation in fostering technical excellence is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Ensure design intent is incorporated into detailed documentation, monitor design process from concept to construction, resolve technical issues, coordinate drawings and specifications, and supervise technical staff.
  • Client Interface: Develop trust with client leadership, verify design requirements, and communicate progress.
  • Teamwork: Coordinate with project team, assist in planning work, liaise with authorities, support team members, and participate in project meetings and reviews.
  • Business Development: Participate in meetings to identify project opportunities.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of design experience.
  • Licensed architect with current registration; NCARB registration and LEED accreditation preferred.
