Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong SAS/R skills to drive data analyses on Real-World Data. You will work with large claims and EHR datasets and implement epidemiologic methods to support drug development and commercialization projects.

Programming Skills: Highly proficient in SAS or R.
Database Experience: Extensive familiarity with commercial claims and EHR databases, such as Optum, MarketScan, IQVIA PharMetrics, or HealthVerity.
Cohort Studies: Ability to conduct longitudinal cohort studies, including creating study cohorts, baseline and outcome variables from scratch.
Epidemiological Methods: Solid understanding of epidemiologic study designs and methodologies.
Statistical Expertise: Hands-on experience with basic statistical tests, regression models, and survival analysis.
Educational Background: Advanced degree in Biostatistics or Epidemiology. Preferred: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, but not necessarily.

$95,000.00 - $175,700.00
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
