Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

TDI Technologies, Inc. (TDI) is seeking candidates for a Senior Program Support Analyst position supporting US Navy data analytics and condition-based maintenance programs. This position will work with program managers, software engineers, data scientists, and other engineers in the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division.

• Provide subject matter expertise in US Navy maintenance operations and procedures.
• Support teams conducting Analysis of Alternatives, Design Studies, and help assess impacts to mission effectiveness.
• Coordinate development efforts and interface between teams and personnel including platform managers, SMEs, contractors, and engineers.
• Assist with program assessments to ensure goals/milestones are documented and achieved.
• Facilitate and lead meetings including peer, design, program, and testing reviews.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve risks and problems encountered by the team.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Experience with the US Navy as a servicemember or civilian in engineering or technical roles.
• Familiarity with US Navy shipboard and shoreside maintenance procedures.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have an active government security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Must possess a valid US passport or the ability to obtain one.

• Proficient in organizing within a team, tracking efforts and tasks.

• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with US Navy surface vessels.
• Experience with Navy maintenance planning and logistics.
• Knowledge of PMS and scheduler (SKED).
• Experience with shipboard data collection systems.
• Familiarity with CBM and RCM.
