Built on Lucid’s proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our “Compromise Nothing™” approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.

Lucid Motors is driving a culture rooted in inclusion, innovation, and high performance. We're seeking a strategic, organized, and mission-driven Program Manager to lead and scale Lucid's global performance and talent effectiveness programs. This role will drive enterprise-wide performance management practices and support data-informed talent decisions across performance, succession, internal mobility, and talent planning.

The Sr. Program Manager, Talent Development will serve as a cross-functional orchestrator, responsible for delivering a best-in‑class performance management experience. You’ll manage the end-to-end performance cycle, build enablement for managers and employees, and partner across HR and business functions to ensure practices are fair, inclusive, and aligned with Lucid’s values and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Strategy & Operations
  • Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of Lucid's performance management framework and related talent processes, establishing methodologies, standards, and practices that drive consistency, accountability, and adoption across the enterprise.
Manager & Employee Enablement
  • Create and deliver tools, resources, communications, and training that help managers and employees navigate key performance moments, including goal setting, continuous feedback, 1:1 conversations, and formal review cycles. Leverage technology and scalable solutions to simplify processes and strengthen manager effectiveness.
Talent Reviews, Succession & Readiness
  • Partner with HRBPs and leaders to support talent review and succession planning processes. Develop frameworks and governance practices that enable equitable talent decisions related to promotion readiness, key talent identification, and succession pipelines. Support calibration processes and readiness assessments that strengthen organizational capability and leadership pipelines.
Insights & Governance
  • Establish measures of success and governance processes that monitor program effectiveness, adoption, and business impact. Provide actionable talent insights and executive-ready reporting that enable enterprise talent decision-making across performance, succession, internal mobility, and talent planning. Analyze talent, performance, and organizational trends to identify root causes, risks, and opportunities, balancing business needs, talent considerations, and organizational priorities to recommend scalable solutions.
Stakeholder Partnership & Change Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to People leaders, HRBPs, and business stakeholders. Lead change management efforts associated with talent initiatives and process improvements, ensuring successful adoption across the organization. Partner closely with Compensation, People Analytics, Learning & Development, and People Technology to deliver a seamless and integrated talent experience.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Talent Management, Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, or a related field, preferably within a global, high-growth environment.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide talent, performance management, or organizational effectiveness programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable business insights and executive-level recommendations.
  • Experience partnering with HR technology teams to implement and optimize talent processes and systems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives, influence without authority, and drive results across cross-functional teams.
