What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives within the health plan
- Develop comprehensive business cases to support strategic initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7-9 years of Program Management experience
- PMP Certification (and/or comparable coursework)
- Strong background in healthcare payer/provider domain
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and competing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of Program Management experience
- Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid implementation
- Strong leadership skills in managing teams and driving program success
