What is Required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting or enterprise-level program/project management
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and business case development
  • Experience leading large cross-functional projects and managing teams
How to Stand Out
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, with at least 1 year leading other leaders
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (PMP or PgMP) preferred
  • Experience with software transformation programs and Guidewire
  • Strong financial analysis skills and experience in business case management
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
