What to Expect
- Lead strategic program execution and manage cross-functional teams for transformation initiatives
- Oversee a team responsible for enterprise and divisional project management, including talent development and resource management
- Develop and present senior-level program updates and reports to stakeholders
- Establish trusted relationships with key partners and guide decision-making processes
- Innovate and improve program management processes and services for internal customers
What is Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in consulting or enterprise-level program/project management
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business case development
- Experience leading large cross-functional projects and managing teams
How to Stand Out
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, with at least 1 year leading other leaders
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (PMP or PgMP) preferred
- Experience with software transformation programs and Guidewire
- Strong financial analysis skills and experience in business case management
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
