  • Strong financial analysis skills and familiarity with business case development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of experience in a people leadership role, including experience leading other leaders
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (PMP or PgMP) preferred
  • Familiarity with Software Transformation programs, particularly Guidewire
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
