Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and management for the Next Generation Transformation program from inception through execution
  • Conduct analysis on program dependencies and trade-offs to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and deliver senior-level presentations to leadership across various departments
  • Lead and mentor program management resources, focusing on employee engagement and performance development
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective program delivery
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting and enterprise-level program management
  • Proven track record in managing large cross-functional projects and programs
  • Strong understanding of program management metrics and financial analysis
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and change management principles
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading other leaders
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
  • Prior experience with software transformation programs, particularly Guidewire
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
  • Strong financial analysis skills with experience in business case development
