Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and management for the Next Generation Transformation program from inception through execution
- Conduct analysis on program dependencies and trade-offs to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and deliver senior-level presentations to leadership across various departments
- Lead and mentor program management resources, focusing on employee engagement and performance development
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective program delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in consulting and enterprise-level program management
- Proven track record in managing large cross-functional projects and programs
- Strong understanding of program management metrics and financial analysis
- Experience with Agile methodologies and change management principles
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading other leaders
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
- Prior experience with software transformation programs, particularly Guidewire
- High proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
- Strong financial analysis skills with experience in business case development
