Job summary

Amazon Prime Air is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to lead site launches from pre-construction through operational readiness in Jersey City. You will own the end-to-end launch plan, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risks to ensure timely and safe launches.

This role requires 5+ years of program management, data-driven decision making, and field site launch experience in active construction environments. Travel up to 50% is expected as we scale our autonomous delivery network.

Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
