Job summary

Cyntel Technologies, LLC is seeking a professional responsible for SAP security operations in Virginia, Minnesota. Job description

Responsibilities

Responsible for the administration and oversight of day‑to‑day SAP physical and personnel security operations. You’ll implement security training, conduct annual self‑inspections, advise unit leadership on security access matters, develop and maintain security standard operating procedures, and fulfill the duties of a Top‑Secret Control Officer.

Duties include:
  • Administer SAPNP Nomination Packages: Debrief personnel and maintain personnel security folders.
  • Maintain Facility/Physical Security Accreditation: Ensure each assigned SAPF meets accreditation standards.
  • Prepare and Review Facility Accreditation Packages: Handle documents such as Concept Validation, Fixed Facility Checklists, TEMPEST approval, Co‑use Agreements (CUAs), MOAs, and MOUs.
  • Identify, Report, and Document Security Incidents: Follow DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1‑4, the Intelligence Community Directives, and applicable service regulations/instructions for collateral requirements.
  • Develop and Administer Security Education Programs: Implement community‑wide Security Education, Awareness, and Training programs.
  • Conduct Entry and Exit Inspections: Maintain facility access control entry systems, access control badges, escort facility visitors, and manage associated logs.
  • Ensure ISS Compliance: Operate, maintain, and dispose of ISS in accordance with approved security policies and practices.
  • Train Users: Provide specific training needed to safely operate and maintain ISS, including general security awareness and specialized privileged user training.
  • Manage Media and Memory Components: Oversee the review and release of media and/or memory components.
  • Perform Continuous Monitoring: Establish system audit trails and ensure the review and reporting of all identified security findings.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to rapidly acquire and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
  • Experience with DISS/JADE.
  • Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities. Coordinates resolutions to production‑related problems.
  • Demonstrates in‑depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursues developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
  • Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high‑level tasks.
  • Demonstrates in‑depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra‑IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
Required Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Required Education

Master’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.
