This is a senior level role tasked with working with the leadership team to design and implement strategies that drive both subscriber and revenue growth. Consolidated Communications is rapidly deploying world-class fiber internet service across its 23-state footprint. You will be a part of this exciting time in our company's history and the regions we serve. This role will be a primary contributor to the company's strategy to acquire, retain and manage customers. Working with senior executives and operational teams, you will leverage analytics to create strategic frameworks to identify opportunities in the market (pricing / positioning / promotions / segments) and the customer base (retention risks, copper to fiber migrations, revenue opportunities) to ensure we hit our annual planning goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute segmentation and pricing strategies that drive subscriber acquisition and revenue growth, focusing on our small business customer segment
- Create and leverage insights from competitive intelligence to improve win-rates in each of the 23 states we compete within
- Lead cross-functional squads composed of analytics, marketing, channel and operational teams to execute multi-channel programs and campaigns.
- Design and execute pricing and promotional programs to maximize revenue while achieving acquisition tagets
- Guide and work with analytics team to derive insights from existing product and promotional programs to fuel future strategy
- Develop a deep understanding for each of the regional markets our businesses compete in to develop tailored pricing and promotion strategies that maximize business impact
- Leverage a variety of tools, including vendors, employees and 3rd party sources to gather and manage competitive intelligence to inform programs and strategies
- Measure effectiveness of strategies designed to achieve sales and growth targets
Qualifications
- Superior marketing strategy acumen, with history of driving programs to impact bottom-line performance across both Growth and Base domains
- Exceptional analytical and financials skills to develop business cases
- Super communication skills to articulate a vision that generates executive and cross-functional support
- Deep understanding of telecommunications technology and competitive landscape
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business, finance, engineering, economics or marketing
- 7-10 years work experience in a telecommunications or technology company

Salary
Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $76,244 - $115,571
