We are seeking a Program Manager to lead global collaboration between our Worldwide Catalog Risk team and regional business teams. You'll drive the successful adoption of protection features while balancing regional business needs, optimize policies to reduce seller friction, and ensure our catalog remains trustworthy across all stores. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive consensus across diverse business teams.

Key job responsibilities
1. Drive monthly business reviews with WW regional stakeholders, analyzing metrics, presenting insights and ensuring alignment on protection goals and business impact.
2. Develop and implement global launch strategies for new protection features, ensuring regional nuances are addressed.
3. Establish and track program health metrics that balance protection efficacy with regional business impact.
4. Manage risk by assessing regional variations in abuse patterns and developing mitigation strategies.
5. Design and maintain communication strategies for policy and product changes across global teams.
6. Develop and manage exception handling processes to address unique regional challenges while maintaining global standards.


About the team
The Catalog Abuse team’s mission is to keep the Amazon catalog trustworthy, where branded and generic products are represented accurately and not prone to any form of catalog abuse or risk. While protecting the customer purchasing experience, we aim to balance the selling partner experience and minimize friction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
