ABOUT THE TEAM

The Anduril Battlespace Awareness team builds advanced systems that help military personnel understand what's happening around them and make faster, better-informed decisions. These systems support the United States and its allies in facing critical security challenges.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Senior Program Manager, Battlespace is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of a major product line for critical programs — making sure it meets all program requirements and business goals. This role requires someone with strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and many stakeholders. The Senior Program Manager will be the linchpin ensuring the program stays on track, meets its objectives, and delivers according to schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Project Leadership and Strategy
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project and execution plan — covering planning, testing, delivery, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Establish clear objectives and deliverables that align with program needs.
Cross-Team Coordination
  • Partner closely with technical teams and subject matter experts to understand priorities, dependencies, and progress, and translate that into a clear project plan.
  • Stay informed on program developments and work with experts to incorporate new priorities into planning as needed.
Documentation and Process Improvement
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained for the project, including specifications, user materials, and project reports.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Release Management
  • Oversee the planning and execution of the delivery process, making sure rollouts happen smoothly and on schedule.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards before release.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, both internally across teams and externally with stakeholders.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones through reports and presentations.
Resource Allocation
  • Assess and allocate necessary resources — including people, tools, and budget — to ensure the project is properly supported.
  • Monitor resource use and make adjustments as needed to avoid bottlenecks or shortages.
  • Identify potential risks and work with subject matter experts to develop mitigation strategies that minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
  • Regularly review and update the risk management plan as the project evolves.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with other divisions and departments to ensure the program supports broader priorities and meets integration requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to promote a unified approach to program execution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive program or project management experience, ideally on complex, multi-team programs.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
