Overview

Continental Electronics Corporation is a leading provider of RF technologies and innovative solutions with over 75 years of proven performance. CEC has experienced significant recent growth and has established itself as the go-to supplier for a diversified product line supporting markets ranging from commercial products to military and space research laboratories.

Responsibilities
  1. Establishes program schedules and priorities in accordance with Company Policy and monitors performance and profitability.
  2. Assists in developing proposals and manages contracts arising from them.
  3. Conducts program reviews and prepares reports for management or customers on current status and necessary actions.
  4. Ensures adherence to contract terms, specifications, and company and government policies.
  5. Advises management on program matters affecting manpower, facilities, and financial plans.
  6. Monitors financial status and schedules to prevent or correct issues.
  7. Plans contract scope including timelines and resources.
  8. Assists in negotiations and prepares follow-up actions.
  9. Represents CEC in technical and management discussions with customers, traveling as needed.
  10. Coordinates activities with engineering, manufacturing, and support groups.
  11. Performs other duties as required.

This role has supervisory responsibilities for a small team.

Qualifications
  • B.S. in Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • Technical experience with C41SR systems for at least 3 years, including design, development, and testing.
  • Experience managing government contracts.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and Microsoft Project.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Highly desired: Active DoD Secret Clearance, military background, experience with the DoD, PMP certification.
