Free Market Health is seeking a Senior Program Architect in Pittsburgh to design, configure, and optimize client programs across the FMH product portfolio. We are seeking a Senior Program Architect to serve as a strategic functional expert responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing client program solutions across the Free Market Health product portfolio.
This role partners closely with Sales, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to translate complex business and clinical requirements into scalable, sustainable program configurations that support client objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, the Senior Program Architect provides consultative leadership throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with business goals, operational best practices, and platform capabilities. This role drives consistency, quality, and operational excellence while identifying opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and long-term scalability.
