Leidos Inc is seeking a Sr Program Analyst/Data Visualization Analyst in the United States. You will lead program and project management efforts and design dashboards using Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate to visually display data for analysis and executive reporting.
The role emphasizes data analysis, performance metrics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful visuals and recommendations for FAA programs and offices.
The NISC IV program at Leidos has an opening for a Sr Program Analyst/Data Visualization Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, development and design using Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate to graphically display relevant data for analysis.
Lead program and project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting using scope, schedule, and cost management tools.
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with FAA requirements.
Track and report risks, issues, and dependencies, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Prepare executive-level project briefings, decision memos, and reports that clearly communicate program status, risks, and recommendations.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain performance metrics to track progress, compliance, and outcomes for FAA programs and offices.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used for analysis and reporting.
Design and develop visually appealing and intuitive dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Use data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView to create interactive and user-friendly reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and design solutions that communicate key insights effectively.
Stay current with best practices in dashboard development and visualization to enhance usability and accessibility.
Research industry and other federal agency best practices and provide recommendations for improving program management, data analysis, and reporting practices.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance efficiency using fundamental principles of Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints.
Document lessons learned, processes, and standard operating procedures to support organizational knowledge retention.
Collaborate with management and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable visualization projects.
Use knowledge, skills, and abilities of a wide variety of advanced computer technologies and theories. Maintain an understanding of operations to identify data sources by owner, as well as presentation needs.
Develop, review, and edit technical documentation, project reports, and executive correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Create high-quality executive-level presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership, including complex data reporting.
Maintain consistency of style and messaging across all program and project deliverables.

Pay Range: Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00
