2 Circle, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support high-visibility Air Force weapons-system programs at Eglin AFB.

You will lead technical evaluations, shape government negotiation positions, and deliver analysis that drives affordability, schedule efficiency, and informed decision-making. • Preferably possess at least three (3) years of recent SAP access experience.
• Maintain a Personnel Security Questionnaire (PSQ) updated within the past 12 months with no adverse findings.
• Have a minimum of 12 years of direct, hands-on experience with weapons systems as either a military operator or an analyst within an Air Force or Navy weapons program office; and
• Demonstrated ability to work full-time in a classified environment while managing multiple high-priority taskers.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

• Support requirements development, capability assessments, and operational integration activities.
• Analyze program performance, schedules, risks, and technical data to inform leadership decisions.

• Limited overnight travel may be required from time to time.
