Job summary

Logicalis Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a senior network solutions professional to lead comprehensive Cisco and Palo Alto implementations. You will design, implement and document client solutions, mentor teams, and transfer knowledge to clients with a focus on security, routing and switching excellence.

The role requires extensive travel, direct client engagement, and collaboration with PMO/RMO to manage engagements. Bachelor’s degree and deep Cisco/Palo Alto experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Cisco and Palo Alto technical experience including design, implementation and support.
• Expert knowledge of Cisco edge, distribution and core switching, routers and routing protocols.
• Cisco security devices (ASA, FirePower) and Palo Alto devices (NGFW, Panorama, Strata) knowledge.
• Identity controls (Cisco ISE) and two-factor authentication familiarity.
• Proficiency in VLANs, Spanning Tree, VPCs, VDCs, OTV and IPv4/IPv6; consulting background with Cisco solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio.

Responsibilities

• Performs implementations of overall solutions for clients with design, implementation plans and documentation.
• Leads project teams to deliver successful implementations.

Summary

Provides comprehensive professional services delivery as related to infrastructure consulting, design, implementation, configuration and knowledge transfer to Logicalis clients. Acts as technical lead and provides subject matter expertise and implementation guidance to clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs implementations of overall solutions for clients, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.
• Develops Logicalis standards for scoping, documentation, and implementations.
• Provides, as subject matter expert, guidance, assistance and recommendations to determine new technical services and solutions for client’s business.
• Leads project teams to deliver successful implementations.
• Performs expert integration and customized consulting services.
• Works directly with client to gather requirements, design solutions, build proof of concepts and implementations solutions.
• Delivers consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis’ clients.
• Works with RMO and PMO in scheduling and managing engagements.
• Works with Logicalis’ clients to perform assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning.
• Responsible for product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement activities.
• Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills.
• Builds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes.
• Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation management
• Mentors and trains team members on working in collaborative environment.
• Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.

• Cisco edge switching products
• Cisco distribution switching products
• Cisco core switching including the Cisco Nexus product line
• Cisco routers and routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
• Cisco security devices implementation and administration (ASA and FirePower)
• Palo Alto devices implementation and administration. (NGFW, Panorama and Strata)
• Security engineering and support (Firewalls, FirePower, VPNs, Packet Capture, etc.)
• Identity controls (Cisco ISE)
• Two factor authentication
• Thorough knowledge of VLAN’s, Spanning tree, VPC’s, VDC’s, and OTV
• Thorough knowledge of IPV4 and IPV6
• Consulting background focused on Cisco solutions.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications, including Visio.

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

Salary Compensation Range: $100,000 to $134,000 plus bonus
