Job summary

They bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by leading solutioning discussions for complex, integrated software systems. Additionally, the role plays a key part in oversight of Workforce Management, Capacity and Forecasting.This role goes beyond standard analysis by managing E2E implementations, driving internal process improvements, and proactively mentoring junior analysts to elevate the team's overall capabilities.Responsibilities: * Strategic Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and operational excellence.
